At Kickin' Sneaks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not issue refunds, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. However, please note the following:

• Exchanges will only be considered if an incorrect shoe style or size was sent to you.
• If we have delivered the correct shoe style and size as per your order, we are unable to process an exchange.

We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us maintain fairness and quality for all our customers.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Time:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
If approved, we will process the exchange and send out the new size within 6-7 business days.
